My first week at the company felt like I had been there for months before. We are a close-knit team who truly care about what we do and for one another. I sensed a genuinely warm and personable atmosphere right from the initial interviews, which made me super excited to join.

What fills your diary on a day-to-day?
PB
On a Monday we kick off the week with our research meeting which we use to catch-up on our search and research. This helps us work collaboratively and starts the week off on the right foot! For the most part the rest of my week is filled with various candidate calls to discuss both exciting new roles and also to have genuine catch-up calls which is a lovely mix.
