I really enjoy working with the Kea team. It’s been a great experience to get to know everyone and to learn from each of their experiences at Kea. In headhunting there is no ‘one way’ of doing things and listening to each team member’s different approach to clients and candidates has helped me to define how I approach the market and my day-to-day work here. Success at Kea is measured in two ways. One is as an individual and the other is as a team; which tend to come hand in hand. Our finished product and successes are the result of contributions of everyone in the team, from the updates and candidate relationships from the research team to the client contact and experience of our consultants.

What fills your diary on a day-to-day basis?

I have found that no two days at Kea look the same. Some days I find myself talking to candidates over the phone, others I’m researching the market, and sometimes running around London to make meetings and lunches! At the core of what we do is a mixture of research and search that allows us to have the most comprehensive market knowledge available and have the best view on what we can offer our clients.
