Given that the nature of this role is people facing, it takes an incredible amount patience, resilience and a willing ability to adapt. To be successful, one must be ready and prepared to tackle varying challenges, multitask frequently and think on the spot. Very quickly, I have found myself comfortable operating in the space of the unknown, prepared for anything and thinking pragmatically at all costs!
